Terms and Conditions

By making an electronic payment, the buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale:

  • Current price is for this job only.
  • Customer is 100% responsible for providing proof of ownership and a license of use to Lasered Gifts4U LLC for any and all the iconography used in the sale. 
  • There are no warranties provided on any product that is personalized. Customer is to contact the manufacturer of an item (e.g., tumbler manufacturer) for any warranty claims.
  • Customer agrees with the Return and Refund Policy.
  • Customer understands that Lasered Gifts4U LLC has the right to refuse service for any reason to any customer at any time.

Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:


1. Refund of Custom Items (Laser Engraved and/or Personalized Items) BEFORE they are engraved or personalized:


  • Due to the highly personalized nature of our items and the labor cost incurred with personalizing your vector art, complete order cancellations will only be processed if we have not started working on your vector art. Our vector art rate, which is waived with bulk orders, is $50/hr. To calculate the amount of refund we will allow if an order is cancelled once vector art has begun, we will deduct our time spent from the amount paid and refund the balance. All shipping charges are refundable if the item has not yet shipped. 


  • Please allow 48 hours from cancellation request for us to email you determination of cancellation status.


2. Refund of Custom Items (Laser Engraved and/or Personalized Items:

  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF LASER ENGRAVED AND/OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS.


3.  Wrong Item/Wrong Personalization Received:

  • We like to believe we are 100% error free, but if you ever received and item that is engraved or personalized differently than the proof you approve, we will allow you to return the item for 100% refund, including shipping, or exchange for the correct item. 
  • If you discover that you made an error when approving the proof then we are not responsible and there are NO REFUNDS OF LASER ENGRAFED AND/OR PERSONLIZED ITEMS. 


4. Broken Items:

  • All shipped items are insured for the value of the item because as good as shippers are, we realize breakage happens. If your box looks suspicious like there is damage, take photographs of the box prior to opening it, or refuse delivery. Take photos from all angles, and inside of all damaged products. We will replace what is damaged after receiving the the photographs of the damage. Please email the photos to: info@laseredgifts4u.com. We anticipate you will, in good faith assist with the necessary steps to file and insurance claim with the carrier. If the item is broken but cannot meet the deadline of a specific date (e.g., wedding), we will refund 100% of the purchase price with the expectation you will comply with our requests for an insurance claim. 


5. Reimbursement:

  • We will refund the original method of payment used. If that is not possible, we will contact you and make alternative arrangements for refund.
