Every item we make is personalized to your specifications. As such, there are no refunds on personalized items. If we make and error, for example a misspelled name on a tumbler, we will happily replace it. We work closely with our customers to ensure names, vectors, sizes, shapes, etc., are correct before we make a product. Customers approve all designs before they are made.
